Branchelwood medical practice within the health centre is a joke extremely rude receptionists who think they are doctors Can't get by the receptionists to get a doctor's appointment or a call back from a nurse or a doctor You can only discuss one thing that is wrong with you per appointment Can't get appointments even though you call every day for a week or get told to just call NHS 24 This practise is a shambles and their duty of care towards their patients is non existing
Its takes roughly a 2 year degree, 2 foundation years, then 3 years vocational training before you become qualified as a GP but only 10 mins for the receptionist to think shes one as well.

No parking, staff only.had to park on pavement, late for appointment.Nightmare.
