Used to be an excellent practice.No longer I am afraid.Absolutely abysmal.Can't get through on the phone, far less an appointment with a doctor.When you eventually get an appointment it's a paramedic you get to see!Shocking
DR Alex is , far and away, the best doctor i have ever dealt with. I moved out of the area and cannot find another GP like him. He is the best by far.
According to their complaints page they have a zero tolerance to complaints on social media and I could be deregistered for this but I honestly couldn't care less. I've been with the practice 27 years and sadly it's deteriorated drastically year on year ever since. The GPs are excellent when you are eventually allowed to speak to one. And that's the problem - even when a GP tells you they want you to come back to see them getting an appointment is impossible. Oh you can get a telephone appointment with "a" doctor, just not the one who wants to see you and only if you can wait 10 days.Then there is the problem of raising a complaint. You leave a message with reception staff who promise they'll pass it on - then you hear nothing. Ask to be put through to her on the phone and she's never in the office. And neither the surgery website nor the reception staff have an email address for this elusive genius. I guess she's not keen on patient contact.
