Dr Mackay was totally unsympathetic and didn't seem concerned that I told her I was suicidal and depressed and suffering from PTSD as well as mourning the recent death of a loved one. Preferred instead to blame my sick husband who I care for for being sick showing a callousness and judgementalism you wouldn't expect from a doctor. I'd put in a complaint but who's going to believe a patient over a doctor? I know there's a shortage of doctors but I was still shocked by her total lack of sympathy. Left more upset than I was when I arrived.
If i could give no stars i would, had a house call as all weekend was in tears and in pain with no medication for a ruptured disk pressing on my sciatic nerve. requested a house call and the so called doctor Murrey came in said she didn't have time for this and i should have gone to the surgery and walked out. shocking and unprofessional so complaint being logged. shocking is an understatement. w have to wait another week for appointment.
