Lost my dog about 4 months ago all they were concerned with was making appointments costing more money for treatment that wasn't needed the dog had cancer and was never going to make it would never recommend this practice
Went yearly for booster jabs couldn't fault them different story when my beloved dog became unwell had to have him put to sleep at vets now Glasgow
Phoned looking for appointment for my pup who had been bitten by a another dog . Told me very abruptly no appointments available .then there was an emergency appointment available at an extra cost 31 . It wasn't about the money .my pup had been hurt badly and all they care about is the money
