We phoned up to view house, Viewed it twice and decided to make an offer. Phoned up and got told "I'm not going to put that to my client, The sale already has to many chains" she stated that a first time buyer was going to look, Meaning no chains of people needing to sell their house first. Absolutely disgusted. Our offer by law should have still been put to the owner it only took us a month to sell our home.
Couldn't have asked for better service. Our circumstances changed a few times meaning we had to mess them around, but Ashley was always positive and professional and on more than one occasion went well above and beyond the line of duty to deliver the perfect service.
