Was due to fix a shower last year, did not turn up and patched phone/messages then twice again recently and ignored his phone again after several promises that he'd be out; all arranged by landlady. Complete time waster.

Have used Miller plumbing and heating many times over the years and cannot recommend him highly enough. Attention to detail and workmanship was first class.
Can't commend on his usual quality of work as he never carried out any work. Showed up one day to have a look and wanted to come back next day to do the job. Did not show up or even called, I contacted him next day, said he'd come that evening. Again no show, no call. Poor customer service, only one star because I cannot give less.
