We invested a lot of time with Howdens getting our kitchen measured, coming into the depot to choose kitchen worktops etc. The experience to this point was good and i was told i'd get a price a few days later and i could then organise our joiner to fit it. I never ever received a call back with a price and called in several times however the person we were dealing with would never take nor return the call. I ended up calling in to speak with the Manager to raise a complaint. She was highly defensive but said she'd look into it and call me back that day with a price - but never did and never took my calls again. A complete waste of time and an unprofessional company. In comparison we went to a competitor and got measured and a price very quickly.
