Very helpful.. unfortunately the car I was after just sold half HR before I got there but no pressure to sell me anything I had a browse around at my own leisure. I'll keep a eye on stock see what comes in. All in all good experience.
What can I say...I have bought a lot of used cars over the past 20 odd years and can honestly say without a word of a lie that this garage is the best I have ever dealt with...David and Adam are both top guys with outstanding customer service...bought a subaru wrx sti got a cracking deal and am thoroughly satisfied...bottom line is i would 100% encourage anyone looking to buy a used car go see the boys at Arthur Haslam..I know I will be back..

I found Arthur Haslam Motoring through Autotrader while looking at a BMW 3 Series. I had never heard of them and I live less than 10 miles away.I went in with a friend to view the car in question, where I met Adam. There was no hard sell what so ever, or any of the usual car sales B.S. "thats what I drive", "My husband/wife drives one". He simply had a normal conversation with me, asked what I currently drive etc and how he could help. He then got me the keys to the car and left me to have a sit inside, start the engine and to have a good look around. I didn't feel pressured in any way. He came back out to see me and asked what I thought.I liked the car, so I asked for finance. we went into his office and I got an excellent finance quote that I couldn't get anywhere else, even my bank!I took the car on a short test dive, I stated a few issues with the car that I didn't like and would annoy me, without any form of hesitation Adam stated these will be fixed and the car fully serviced & MoT'd prior to collection. We agreed a collection date that suited me. After a few days of having the car, it developed a knock or dull thud coming from the front end. When I called Adam to tell him, he wanted me to run the car over to him as soon as I could, the fault was investigated and booked in to be resolved without any cost to me. As i finished nightshift the morning I dropped the car off and a courtesy car had not returned as planned, he went out his way and gave me his wifes car to take home so I could sleep. This was something that he did not have to do, Thanks again Adam!I can honestly agree with the other reviewer that these guys move mountains for their customers! My friend even bought a Juke from them shortly after I bought my BMW. I will NEVER return to the likes of Arnold Clark or anywhere else for my cars again. These guys now have a customer for life. 10 out of 10! + free MoTs for as long as you own the car, can't complain.
I traveled from Ireland to purchase a Mazda 6 2.2 Sport in May 2017, and certainly wasn't disappointed.
